Ready stock printing takes 5–8 working days. Express production takes 2–3 working days with no express fee, subject to production availability. Large orders of 1,000 pcs are delivered within 2 weeks. Lead time is counted from order confirmation to delivery.
Ready stock means the shirt already exists and we add your logo. Custom made means you choose the fabric, colours, panels, collar and buttons, and we make the shirt from scratch, so it won't look like another company's uniform. Custom orders take 4–6 weeks including the sample.
Yes. We offer free sample viewing at your place so you can check the actual fabric and print quality. Sample printing is free for orders above 100 pcs. For custom uniforms, a sample is provided from 50 pcs.
Every shirt is covered by our 7-day defect exchange. If a print defect shows up, such as a logo lifting after the first wash, let us know within 7 days and we exchange it 1 to 1.
Yes. We can come to your office, or you can visit us at 80 Genting Lane by appointment.

For formal events, exhibitions and corporate wear, most clients choose embroidered polos. For large events with many participants, Dri-Fit tees with 1–2 colour silkscreen printing give the best value.
